By using LUXit.app messaging features, you agree to obtain proper consent from end users before sending communications. End users may opt in through website opt-in forms, account registration, direct interaction, or verbal/written consent.
You agree that all messaging must clearly disclose:
You are solely responsible for compliance with TCPA, A2P 10DLC requirements, CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable local or international laws.
LUXit.app does not sell, rent, or share phone numbers with third parties for marketing purposes. Users of the platform must also comply with this restriction.
Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You agree to handle personal data responsibly, implement appropriate safeguards for your users, and use collected data only for lawful purposes.
LUXit.app integrates with third-party providers (e.g., messaging, payment, and hosting services). We are not responsible for third-party outages or failures, their data handling practices, or any damages caused by third-party services.
All content, software, and branding within LUXit.app are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform, reverse engineer or exploit the system, or use branding without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit to the platform. By using LUXit.app, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely to provide the service.
LUXit allows you to connect third-party social media accounts (including X / Twitter) using OAuth 2.0. By connecting an account you authorize LUXit to post content on your behalf and store OAuth tokens (encrypted at rest). You may disconnect at any time from Settings → Social Accounts, which revokes authorization and deletes stored tokens.
We strive for uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or delays or interruptions.
LUXit.app is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the prior 30 days.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LUXit.app from any claims arising from your use of the platform, your communications with end users, or your violation of laws or these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time if these Terms are violated, required by law, or necessary to protect the platform or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of LUXit.app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
